COMVAL PPO receives 2 new patrol cars from PLGU Gov Uy

Davao De Oro Province— COMVAL Provincial Police Office (PPO) PSSupt Arnold Palomo receives 2 new patrol cars given by Governor Jayvee Tyron Uy after the turnover lead by Provincial Administrator Virgilia Allones during the employees convocation program, Monday, January 14.

PSupt. Palomo expressed his sincere gratitude to the provincial government in his acceptance speech, whom he mentioned as “very generous and supportive” to the Comval PPO. He credits the provincial government’s support as a key element that lead to the PNP’s good performance in its “Combat Against Criminality” campaign.

The patrol cars will be of great help to the provincial police station’s police operations as well as increase police visibility in maintaining peace and order throughout the province especially during the height of this year’s election period.

A day before the convocation program, Palomo also expressed his happiness in his speech at the success of the “Unity Walk Inter Faith Prayer Rally and Peace Covenant Signing for 2019 Election,” which was spearheaded by the Comval Provincial Joint Security Control Center (PJCC).

The said event was held at the CVPPO covered court at Nabunturan and was attended by the provincial Board Members, lead by Vice Governor Manuel “Way Kurat” Zamora and Senior Board Member Arturo “Chiongkee” Uy, together with the municipal mayors: Mayor Ramil Gentugaya of Monkayo, Mayor Roberto Yugo of Pantukan, Mayor Maricel Colina-Vendiola of Maragusan, Mayor Rupet Gonzaga of Mawab, Mayor Eutropio Jayectin of Montevista, Mayor Gerald Ford Balbin of New Bataan, and other officials running for the next local elections.
