Feedback and Redress Mechanisms
We will be pleased to know what you want to say about the quality of service we have given you.
Please feel free to give your comment(s) / recommendation(s) by doing the following:
Ø Fill-up the Customer’s Feedback Form available in the different offices and drop in the Complaints / Suggestion kiosk at the Capitol Lobby.
Ø You may send your feedback through e-mail at feedback@ ecomval.gov.ph or text us at 0908-1541-358
Ø Talk to our Officer of the Day.
If you are not satisfied with our service, your written / verbal complaints shall immediately be attended to by the Officer of the Day at the Public Assistance and Complaints Desk. Complaints not settled at this level shall be referred to the Provincial
Administrative and Investigative Committee (PAIC).
